Fire Testing – T4 Compliant Rooftop Sports System

To provide clients with a sports system that meets the requirements of external fire exposure to roofs, BS 476-3:2004 and CEN/TS1187:2012 – Test 4, including EN 13501-5 T4 classification, Fieldform worked closely with a UKAS approved laboratory to test a new rooftop sports design. Following extensive testing we are delighted to announce that in addition to our other rooftop systems we can now offer a Broof (t4) compliant system suitable for small sided football.

Our new system will be used to construct a 650m2 rooftop football facility as part of the new multi-million pound Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre on behalf of Hillindgon Borough Council. This new installation adds to our portfolio of rooftop projects that include:

  • Polymeric sprint track and amenity areas at Brighton College
  • Synthetic turf MUGA in vauxhall on behalf of Downing Construction
  • Synthetic turf MUGA at North Brent School
