Richard’s experience extends back over twelve years within the sportsturf construction industry and is spread over a diverse range of projects and construction activities. Having established his career in survey and design, Richard progressed into contract supervision and management, overseeing projects of all scales and complexities. It provided Richard with unique experiences and a skillset that has given firm foundation to the Fieldform enterprise and its future market aspirations.
Built on this experience, Fieldform utilises Richard’s knowledge of earthwork modelling, topographic land survey and practical design, as part of the corner stone for construction projects. Richard’s comprehensive knowledge of sportsturf and land drainage, his experience in contracting, and an astute commercial sense, has helped to equip Fieldform with the credentials to deliver unique projects to a diverse range of clients.
James Coney - Director
James Coney – Director
James has extensive experience within the sportsturf construction and sports development industries. After graduating from university, James started his career within sports development helping both public sector and private clients to develop a wide range of schemes including, new build leisure centres, multi-sport hubs and the development of synthetic turf sports facilities. Being involved with the development of large-scale sports and leisure projects enabled James to secure a project management role with one of the UK’s leading sportsturf contractors. This experience has provided James with an extensive background in facility design, estimating and contract management.
James excels at being the main point of contact for new projects, his unique skillset enables Fieldform to provide clients with a tailored approach from project design through to practical completion. Fieldform regularly utilise James’ sports development background to assist clients with identifying and submitting grant funding applications to help ensure projects can be successfully delivered.
