Fieldform were appointed by the agent of a private client based in North Hampshire to design and construct a new tennis court to compliment other sporting facilities on their country estate. To ensure the new court was sympathetic to the surroundings we carried out extensive excavations allowing the height of the perimeter fence to sit below the adjacent walled garden. Achieving the correct surface levels involved removing large quantities of soil and building a robust aggregate sub base.
Design features include:
- ITF slip-rating approved colour coating
- A grey two-tone playing surface
- Tubular poled chain link fencing with lowered flanks
- The installation of a commercial grade basketball unit
Since completions the new court has been extensively used by the property owners and also guests to the onsite shooting lodge.
